Assignment:  Represented the Antoyan Family in the sale of five buildings located on five individual parcels to CIP Real Estate, a Newport Beach based real estate investment firm. The project was developed by the Antoyan family in 1970 and managed by the family since its completion. In spite of low in-place rents, The Hefner Vernick Team was able to generate a premium price for the asset. The Team then assisted the Buyer in repositioning the project with extensive capital improvements and subsequently selling three of the buildings to third party investors and owner users. The remaining two buildings are being held for long term investment.
