The Team sold Arrow Business Park for $21.5 million, resulting in the record high/sf for a business park sale in the Inland Empire. The Hefner Vernick Team also sold the Wilmington Industrial Park for $6.82 million. These were complex transactions involving multiple tenants and buildings where Voit coordinated all aspects of the marketing process resulting in maximum value achieved by the seller on both sides.
