Assignment:  The Hefner Vernick Team was tasked to sell two large multi-tenant investment sales in Southern California in 2020. Arrow Business Park was a seven building, 138,081 sq. ft. investment sale. Wilmington Industrial Park was a three building 32,465 sq. ft. investment sale. The Team sold Arrow Business Park for $21.5 million, resulting in the record high/sf for a business park sale in the Inland Empire. The Hefner Vernick Team also sold the Wilmington Industrial Park for $6.82 million. These were complex transactions involving multiple tenants and buildings where Voit coordinated all aspects of the marketing process resulting in maximum value achieved by the seller on both sides.
