Assignment: Represented a private family partnership, EMC Associates, in the purchase of a 66,100 sq. ft. four building industrial park situated on four legal parcels. the building was primarily occupied by DDi corporation, a printed circuit board manufacturer who intended to vacate the project with three years after the close of escrow. Once DDi vacated, The Hefner Vernick Team subsequently represented EMC Associates in the sale of the project to an Orange County based investor, WOHL Investment Company at a premium price.
