Assignment: Develop a marketing program to identify a new tenant for an institutional investor that Hefner represented in the recent acquisition of the manufacturing/distribution building located in the West Corona marketplace.

Result: The marketing effort generated multiple lease offers and Hefner ultimately negotiated a new five year lease with Canteen, a division of Compass Group USA, Inc. The lease rate far exceeded underwriting expectations and term terms included 4% annual increases, no tenant improvements and minimal rent abatement.
