Result: The marketing effort generated multiple lease offers and Hefner ultimately negotiated a new five year lease with Canteen, a division of Compass Group USA, Inc. The lease rate far exceeded underwriting expectations and term terms included 4% annual increases, no tenant improvements and minimal rent abatement.
